Watch how close the ghost is, how fast the door drops, and how much money you have left — then decide whether to keep growing or save the door.

- Before a hit: door health, coins, lightning, where the ghost is
- After one hit: how much health dropped
- After another: is it dropping faster
If it's dropping fast, stop pouring money into slow-payback buildings.
What to do with that
- Door hasn't been hit yet: know what the next door upgrade costs, don't spend it all
- Door starts dropping: close the store, watch the door and your resources
- You can afford it: upgrade, repair, or use an item you already have
- You can't: don't start a long-term building; wait for the next income tick
Don't treat “the ghost always walks this path” or “two hits and it's gone” as rules. Strength changes every match. Look at this door.
