About Game - Nature Strikes Back

Nature Strikes Back is a merge-guardian game you can play free in the browser. The first prompt is Drag Guardians to merge and power up! You buy a Lv. 1 stick guardian for 100 gold, drop it on a fenced grass grid, and drag two of the same level together. Shop sells Guardian skills: slow 1s at 10%, double damage at 10%, freeze 1s at 5%. Powers sit bottom left (fire, ice, Auto). Collect takes idle gold. Stage starts at 1 (1/3). Later waves show grey gas-mask brutes and a purple laser from a high-level guardian. Merge and skills hit hard; the polluted-looking enemies are not cute.

How to Play - Nature Strikes Back

Your first minute is the grass grid: buy a Lv. 1 guardian for 100 gold, drag it onto another Lv. 1, and read Stage 1 (1/3).

  1. 1Read Drag Guardians to merge and power up! — A white bubble sits on a 3×4 grass patch inside a wooden fence. Two brown stick guardians with leaf arms are tagged Lv. 1. A cartoon hand shows the drag. Most cells are purple locks with gold prices from 100 to 3.06M.
  2. 2Buy a Lv. 1 for 100 gold — The orange bar at the bottom is a Lv. 1 guardian and 100 gold. Tap it to drop another stick on an empty cell. Recycle is a wooden crate with a green loop if you need to clear a piece.
  3. 3Drag two of the same level together — Pull one Lv. 1 onto the other. That is the merge. Later fights show Lv. 3, 4, 6, and 7 on the same fence. A high-level piece can fire a purple beam.
  4. 4Collect idle gold — A wooden box top right is Collect (54, later 378 or 2.24K). Top bar gold starts at 2K with purple gems at 0. Later it can read 7.09K gold and 8 gems.
  5. 5Open shop — The small wooden house bottom right is shop. Shop / Guardians lists four shelves: slow down the enemy for 1 second with 10% probability (100 gold, fire 10 / ice 1); double damage 10% (lock 4); freeze 1 second 5% (lock 5); a silhouette slow 11% (lock 6, stats ?).
  6. 6Use Powers only if you want — Bottom left Powers is a paw of four hexes, including fire, ice, and Auto at 00:00. Left vine signs are Ranking, Daily Bonus, and Missions (red dots). Roulette is a wheel on the right.
  7. 7Hold the Stage bar — Stage 1 (1/3) is the first track. A later board is Stage 3, 1/5, gold 7.09K, Collect 2.24K, buy cost 4.41K. Grey gas-mask brutes walk in from the left with a green HP bar. Unlock tiles only when the 100 and 1.5K locks are cheap next to 3.06M.

Core gameplay

Each session is a merge grid plus Shop skills. You spend gold on Lv. 1 pieces and tile locks, Collect idle coins, and keep Stage bars moving while guardians shoot.

Drag Guardians to merge

The board is a fenced grass grid. Two matching levels combine when you drag one onto the other. The tutorial bubble is the rule. Locked cells show purple padlocks and gold (100, 1.5K, 10.5K, 73.7K, 344K, 1.76M, 3.06M).

Shop: slow, double, freeze

Shop / Guardians is four wooden shelves. Row 1 costs 100 gold and slows an enemy 1s at 10%. Row 2 is double damage 10% behind lock 4. Row 3 freezes 1s at 5% behind lock 5. Row 4 is a silhouette at lock 6. Fire and ice numbers sit on each card (10/1, 16/0.96, 25/0.92).

Powers and Auto

Powers is the paw bottom left. Four hexes include fire, ice, and Auto, all reading 00:00 on the first board. They are cooldown buttons on this HUD, not Purifying Storm or Life Rain.

Collect, Roulette, Missions

Collect is idle gold on the right (54, 378, 2.24K). Roulette is the wheel. Ranking, Daily Bonus, and Missions hang on the left vine. Recycle dumps a guardian. None of these is a pollution-cleanse map.

Stage bars and gas-mask brutes

Stage 1 (1/3) is the start. Stage 3 (1/5) shows grey muscular enemies in gas masks and a green HP bar. A Lv. 7 guardian can fire a purple laser. The look is plant sprites versus polluted-looking brutes — not a cute mascot line.

Look and setting

Nature Strikes Back is a cartoon forest clearing: wooden fence, pine hills, stick guardians with leaf arms. Enemies on Stage 3 are grey gas-mask brutes. No city, no dorm, no tower-build menu.

The grass grid

A 3×4 patch of grass, wooden rails, purple locks, two Lv. 1 stick trees. Rolling green hills and a dirt path sit behind the fence. The bubble Drag Guardians to merge and power up! covers the middle.

Shop shelves

A wooden Shop frame with vines, a green winged perch, parchment Shop title, and a Guardians footer. Four shelves, gold 100 on the first buy, locks 4 / 5 / 6 on the rest.

Stage 3 brutes

Grey, bulky bodies and gas masks on the left of the fence. Green HP. Orange and brown plant guardians on the tiles, one firing a purple beam. Players note the polluted look is uncomfortable next to the cute sticks.

Tips

Early stalls are buying every 100-gold stick without merging, unlocking a 3.06M cell, or ignoring Collect while Shop row 1 is still 100.

Merge before you spam buy

The bubble is the rule: drag two Lv. 1 together. The 100-gold bar only fills empty cells. Two sticks on the board merge; a third waits for space.

Leave the million locks

Purple locks run 100 → 3.06M. Stage 1 gold is 2K. Open the cheap tiles. 1.76M and 3.06M wait until Collect and Stage 3 gold (7.09K) are in a different league.

Shop row 1 is the only 100-gold skill

Slow 1s at 10% is the open shelf. Double damage and freeze sit behind lock 4 and 5. The silhouette is lock 6. Do not expect all four skills on Stage 1 (1/3).

Tap Collect

The right box stacks 54, then hundreds, then 2.24K. It is idle gold, not the 100-gold buy button. Roulette and Daily Bonus are extra taps with red dots, not the merge.

The brutes are not cute

Stick guardians are small and leafy. Stage 3 enemies are gas-mask, polluted-looking brutes. If that clash bothers you, it shows up as soon as the fight board loads — merge and Shop skills still work the same.
